What happens if the car registration card is with the bank, during the sale?
You may bring along the photocopy of the registration card to our service team during the inspection process. We will proceed with the selling process by using the photocopy version.
Can I sell the car on behalf of my friend, family or company?
For friends & family:
You may attend the free inspection on behalf of your family member or friend, but the owner is requested to present during the selling and handover process. Thumbprint is a MUST for transfer of ownership.
For company:
Owner/ Director(s) is requested to attend during the transfer of ownership process. However, if they are unable to attend, an authorization letter is needed for the appointed authorized person. During the handover or selling process, we need documents/items as below :
a) Original registration card
b) Authorization letter (if applicable)
c) Business registration documents (if applicable)
d) Copy of Director(s) NRIC
e) Cash invoice (if applicable)
f) JPJ resolution letter (with company’s letterhead)
g) Disposal letter (with company’s letterhead)
h) Spare Keys
